Joint operations between Kempton Park SAPS and Fidelity ADT’s Specialised Response Unit continue to impact positively on crime in the area.
On Friday 5th July, the teams once again conducted a stop and search operation in the area. Three Suspects were apprehended and arrested – two for being in possession of stolen electronic goods, and one for being in possession of illegal drugs – dagga 58g.
Renee Basson, Community Development Manager for Fidelity ADT says, “The increased visibility and show of force is definitely working. “We believe it is important to do these operations regularly to make a point that there is a security presence and crime will not be tolerated.”
