Background

Our collaboration with Fidelity Services Group began during the ADT residential phase

We supported two significant milestones:

  1. The disinvestment of ADT from Tyco International
  2. The acquisition of ADT by Fidelity Services Group

Both transitions were complex and high stakes, requiring seamless messaging, strategic media engagement at the highest level and ongoing reassurance to stakeholders.

Throughout these periods of change, we worked closely with internal teams to ensure consistency, clarity and confidence across all communication channels.

Fidelity Services Group is frequently in the spotlight when it comes to service delivery and implementation and can attract media attention for the wrong reasons.
